SESSION FEE/CLUB ENROLLMENT
Due prior to your appointment to reserve your date. You may pay via credit card, paypal, check or cash.

CHOOSE YOUR DATE
I am available Monday – Saturday. I take on only 1 client per day so you have your choice of session time. Children typically do better in the morning so most sessions start at around 9:00 am. Outdoor sessions are done in the evenings around dusk.

WHEN TO SCHEDULE
Maternity Sessions: Come in the last 4-6 weeks of pregnancy
Newborn Portraits: First 14 days
Holiday Portraits: September/October, final orders are due mid-November

YOUR HOMEWORK
Between now and your appointment, we need to work together to figure out which products best compliment the portraits, your sense of style as well as your home. It is important for me to know which products you want prior to your session, to be sure I have the images we need. We will discuss this during your consultation either via phone or in person.

THE BIG DAY
A few things to keep in mind the day of your session. Please keep your schedule open so we don’t feel rushed to get to another activity. Also, I try and remind parents the day of the session, but in case I forget…try not to stand over me and say “look here” or “say cheese.” It confuses the kids and they won’t know where to look. Not to mention, I get the best images when I’m interacting with the kids, asking them questions or being silly together.  I might ask you to leave the room or I might have you help in getting the kids attention, just be flexible!

ORDERING APPOINTMENT
About a week after your session, I will post your images online for proofing. Those images will be available for 3 days. After that time, you’ll need to schedule your ordering appointment. These appointments take place at my home office. We’ll watch a slideshow presentation of your images and then start the ordering process. Please be prepared to purchase your order in full at this time. Also, all decision makers should be present and childcare arrangements should be made (no exceptions).

DELIVERY
Your images, depending on the products you ordered should be ready for delivery anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I prefer to hand-deliver your portraits but can mail them as well. At this time, please look over your order and make sure it is complete and satisfactory.
