Meet Brooklyn Gianna

March 23, 2009

My dear friend RoseAnn and her hubby Jackson came into town this past weekend from San Antonio. RoseAnn and I used to work together back in my corporate marketing days and it was so much fun catching up and photographing her new little cutie! Notice anything different? IT’S THE NEW STUDIO!!!! I have finally made peace with my small space and so far so good! Granted…I have a toddler coming next so we’ll see what happens when they have the ability to run away!

So…back to Brookyn Gianna! Just about the cutest little thing ~ she really did well considering all the different set-ups we tried in the new studio. She has definitely discovered her tongue these days as well as blowing bubbles. Mom and I agree if she could she’d start walking tomorrow….she’s ready to get to work!

RoseAnn & Jackson…I hope we get to see each other more often! Enjoy your “retouched” sneak peak! There are so many cute little expressions it was hard to choose, but here are just a few. The family portraits outside turned out cute as well.

Happy St. Patty’s Day

March 17, 2009

Darcy, my Irish Setter, wanted to wish everyone a Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Winnie wanted in on the action as well…so she wanted to show off how she can deflate her lucky shamrock soccer ball in seconds!!

Madeleine & Quinn

March 13, 2009

Don’t you just love those names! I had the pleasure of photographing two of the cutest little ladies last week in their home. Madeleine is such a well-behaved, smart little 4-year-old! She immediately stole my heart when she told me she loved me after knowing me just an hour! Little Quinn is a mess, don’t let that sweet smile fool you! She loved playing with her big sisters toys in her room but like most 14-month-olds….doesn’t want to be contained ~ so Mom and I got in a pretty good workout! We had a wonderful session and I got to play with a new lens that I absolutely LOVE! Enjoy a sneak peak!
